Louisville, Ky. - Local business owner Tyler Allen made it official and entered the four-and-a-half month race to become the next Mayor of Louisville. Allen will submitted his forms this Wednesday.
Acording to Allen, “We have started a conversation about making our government better for everyone; not just a few. People are listening, and looking for an opportunity to have their voices heard. Louisvillians love their community and want to help this city grow.”
Allen, a co-founder of 8664, one of the largest grassroots organizations in Kentucky’s history, will join his family and supporters at the Jefferson County Board of Elections Office located at 810 Barrett Avenue to makes his candidacy official.
“We’re going to bring new energy, new direction and new leadership to the challenges that confront Louisville now and in the future," Allen said.
