Louisville, Ky. – Local businessman and mayoral candidate Tyler Allen will welcome volunteers and supporters this Saturday morning at 11am for the Grand Opening of his Campaign Headquarters located in the Billy Goat Strut Building at 600 East Main Street.
The office was the original home of the LEO Magazine.
“This will be our home base. A place where volunteers, supporters, and anyone interested in learning about our campaign can come join the conversation about moving Louisville forward and helping our city grow,” Tyler said.
Saturday’s event will be emceed by Louisville radio personality Wayne Perkey, and Metro Council Member Tina Ward-Pugh will be sharing her reasons for supporting Tyler’s campaign. Charlie Farnsley, grandson of the former Mayor of Louisville and member of the United States House of Representatives Charles Farnsley, will also be participating.
Tyler made his candidacy for Mayor official last week when he filed with the Jefferson County Board of Elections. There Tyler told supporters, “I am going to compete for every vote across Louisville: from Valley Station to Lyndon; from Russell to Fern Creek. In order to do so, we’re going to need help making phone calls, knocking on doors, writing letters, and talking to neighbors.”
The conversation starts this Saturday morning and is open to the public.
